Questions and Answers
Is there a free trial?
Yes we offer a free trial which is quick and easy to set up. You will need your Microsoft Teams Administrator’s help to link your Teams system with TeamsReporting. The free trial will give you full access and allow you to experience our solution for a limited time.
At the end of the trial period you can choose to convert to a paid subscription. If you do not choose a subscription all your data will be deleted.
How long is the service contract?
Our model is simple per user per month with no commitment. You are welcome to cancel at any time.
We want you to stay with us because you get value from the solution, not because you are locked in.
Should you choose to cancel, your services will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.
How does licensing work?
Licensing is offered on a per-user per-month basis.
For example if you have 100 users on your Microsoft Teams tenant, and you want to report on a group of 20 call center agents, you will need 20 licenses.
Licenses can be added or removed once per monthly billing cycle.
You are not required to license all 100 Teams users.
Will I see my own data in the trial?
Yes the free trial will use your real data from your Microsoft Teams tenant.
During the trial sign up process we will need to link your Teams instance to TeamsReporting.
Once the two systems are connected you will begin to see your actual data in the trial, however there could be a slight delay while the systems connect and share data.
What are the requirements to use TeamsReporting?
In order to use TeamsReporting you need to have an instance of Microsoft Teams, and have access to the Teams Administrator who will need to connect your Teams tenant to TeamsReporting.
TeamsReporting is not compatible with any other systems besides for Microsoft Teams.
